■ Design Staff
〇 Recruitment Details
・ Experienced Professionals
Responsible for leading projects from initial concept development through to project management. We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Positions: 1–2 Full-time employees
Monthly Salary: ¥230,000 – ¥350,000
Qualifications: At least 3 years of practical experience in projects of residential scale or larger.
・ Recent Graduates / Early-Career Professionals (Second New Graduates)
Working under the guidance of a chief architect, candidates should possess the fundamental knowledge required for design and construction supervision. We seek individuals eager to learn new skills and design approaches and who are motivated to grow professionally.
Positions: 1–2 Full-time or Part-time employees
Monthly Salary: ¥220,000 – ¥300,000 (Full-time)
Hourly Wage: ¥1,250 (Part-time)
Qualifications: Graduates or those completing a master’s program in architecture, fine arts, or interior design.
※ Final terms will be determined based on individual skills and experience.
